SDMT Teachers Joined the HW Regional Kwartir Meeting
The Regional Kwartir of Hizbul Wathan (Kwarda HW) Ponorogo Regency held a working meeting of the HW Kwarda Leadership for the period 2023-2028 at Tawang Mangu Wonderpark Karanganyar on Saturday – Sunday, 9 – 10 November 2024. The theme of the event was “Pergerakan Kader Hizbul Wathan Menjadi Kader Berkemajuan”.
Three teachers from SDMT Ponorogo, namely Ustadz Condro, Ustadz Farid, and Ustadzah Rikasari joined the meeting. The three of them are HW regional administrators for the 2023-2028 period who are spread across different fields. Ustadz Condro is a member of the Education and Training and Identification Division, Ustadz Farid is in the Asset Inventory and Support Division, while Ustadzah Rikasari is in the Literacy and Atfal Library Division.
They participated in a series of activities for two days. The activity is packaged like camping. The participants arrived at the location in the afternoon. They started the activity by exploring the place and setting up the tent.
The work meeting activities were held from 19.30 to 23.00 WIB. Each field presented a programme of activities that will be carried out for the next five years. This is to realize a better Ponorogo HW Kwarda for the next five years.
Other activities were also held to increase team cohesiveness, for example they had casual activities that is grilling and eating after work meeting activities in the evening. In the next day there were gymnastics, outbound, and nature study in the area around the camping ground. All participants looked enthusiastic and enjoyed the activities.
Ustadz Condro as one of the participants in the activity conveyed his impression, he admitted that he was happy because this work meeting activity was packed with different activities.
“Casual but serious,” he said.
He also hopes that the management of Kwarda HW during this period can run with trust, carry out tasks well and compactly in accordance with the programmes that have been designed.
“Hopefully it can improve the quality and quantity of HW in Ponorogo” he concluded.
