SDMT Teacher Recruitment is in the Selection Process

sdmtponorogo.com – SDMT Ponorogo has started the process of recruiting new teachers. SDMT needed classroom teachers and math teachers. The recruitment process has started since January 03, 2025 and has now entered the administrative selection stage.

77 applicants sent their application to SDMT Ponorogo. The applicants will follow a series of selection stages as prospective teachers, including administrative selection, interviews, and micro teaching.

The administrative selection was held at the SDMT Ponorogo Hall on Monday, January 13, 2025. Ustadz Imam Saiful Bahri, M.Pd said that the call for applicants in this administrative selection was to directly cross-check the data listed with the applicants.

In turn, the applicants faced four examiners consisting of the principal and three Waka. Applicants who pass this administrative selection  will enter the interview session.

This recruitment is needed because of the increase in study groups (rombel) every year. These various stages of recruitment are expected to filter out qualified teacher candidates who are dedicated to teaching and children. (sdmt)
